Poor quality control

One side of the bar was not centered on the flange and one of the mounting holes was to close to the bar for the bolt to fit. Rugged Ridge said they would replace it if I shipped it back. I cut off the bolt head and glued it in place since the other bolts hold it on effectively. The front and rear bumpers were a big problem installing them.

This Hoop Will Make Your Vehicle A Stand Out!

This completes the look of your Rugged Ridge bumper & your vehicle's front end. The hoop is heavy duty, the black wrinkle finish matches the bumper & it just looks terrific! Don't remove the rubber plugs or you'll get rust stains on your bumper from internal condensation dripping out. I had to remove the hoop, re-install the plugs that I luckily saved & even generously applied a sealant. No more rusty water leaks. The bolts/washers ride the radius a bit on the closed angle side so a bit of filing might be required to get the bolts to install perpendicular to the flange & then touch up the paint. Overall, a nice addition to the modular bumper but RR needs to improve the configuration to avoid the bolt hassle. But once installed & tightened, it's rock solid!
