Your Car's New Best Friend

For years I have been sick and tired of scratched and dented bumpers on my car. I remember my Dad's old Cadillac's from the 70's, and they never had any bumper scratches. And I realize why. Because they were made of solid steel. Today's bumpers are so cheap and delicate and it is really frustrating. I tried the rubber mat thing that pulls out of the trunk. I kept forgetting to do it. Plus it covered my license plate. And who wants to be forced to think about this every time you park? So my searches have brought me to 4Bumpers. And what can I say. The thing simply works. It is the strong solid protection these cheap bumpers today really need. It was really easy to install. And once it's on that's it. You never have to do another thing. and you don't even notice it is there. It is such a clever device that I wish I had thought of it. Scratches and scraped paint are a thing of the past for me now. I could not recommend this product more highly. It will definitely save your b umpers. In the future I will put them on every car I own.

Excellent Product - Just Check Your Bumper First!

I bought this product becuase I live in Queens NY and street parking is a daily game of bumper cars.

The product is pretty much just as advertised. It is a sturdy (heavy) piece of iron with a thick black rubber strip over the bumper edge. It can be installed with the bumper at the upper edge of the license plate or the lower edge. Please note that you don't really have the option because depending upon your car's height you will probably be forced to put it on in one orientation or the other if you plan on protecting your car.

This is a great device but I offer a word of caution. Please take a close look at your bumper before you buy this. Many modern cars have cheap plastic bumpers that will flex or crumple in the event of an accident. If you try to put this heavy and solid piece of metal on the front of your bumper and it gets bumped, you will crack the plastic on your bumper. Think of gluing a quarter onto an empty soda can. If you press t he quarter you won't break the quarter at all but you'll deform the can around the quarter.

So simple yet so GENIUS!

I cannot get over how simple a design this is, but yet so genius! It has saved my compact SUV from many a bumper hit, and I'm sure it's probably saved some other cars from my parallel parking wrath as well :) I live in Boston and was initially worried that the 4Bumpers design would limit my "wiggle room" when trying to maneuver my vehicle between two others--street parking is intense! However, not a problem at all! In fact, it's helped me better gauge my parking while unfailingly protecting my car! Plus, it's cool, hip, and unobtrusive. Most importantly, the customer service is amazing and feedback is appreciated. In today's world, there is nothing more refreshing and rewarding than a GREAT, practical, useful product that is put out by GREAT people! Buy this product, it's worth the money as you get lots of BANG (no pun intended :)) for your buck! Hallelujah for 4Bumpers!
