New formed front bumper for Jeep TJ and YJ. This new bumper is designed with the enthusiast in mind. The 1/4 inch thick integrated winch plate with the footprint for most popular winches. The rest of the bumper is manufactured from 3/16 inch steel plate. Reinforced bumper wings are designed to take the abuse other bumpers can't. Bolt-on hoop for added protection for the winch, comes with 2 light tabs for off-road lights. Two additional light mounting points on the wings of the bumper. Bumper wings tapper up towards the fender for maximum approach angles at the tire while still providing plenty of protection to the vehicle. A skid plate for the steering box is included. Simple bolt on installation, no drilling required. features Body Armor's new dual process black powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance.

Body Armor Best Protection, Fair Price, True Fit

This bumper offered me what I needed, a decent piece of steel to sit my winch in, recovery shackle points, and affordability. The bolt on hoop was stronger than I anticipated and the included steering box skid plate was a home run. I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because I park curbside at times and my winch fairway would be the first point of contact with someone who can't parallel park. In Jersey we use front license plates and I had to squash it in between
the fairway and bumper. Ground clearance is fine, looks great and the fit was hassle free. Some reviews criticized the welds, but they look fine to me. There are 4 mounting points for light; two on the hoop and one on each end of the bumper as illustrated. Great job Body Armor!
