Perfect OEM Replacement

Shipping was faster than expected for this heavier item. It was an exact OEM replacement. Installation took all of 30 minutes (this included removal of old bumper). Included ALL parts for installation (nuts, bolts, license plate lights, etc.)

what is wrong with this site?

first my emails tell me its confirmed yea then declined then something is wrong with the address then i get another confirmation saying its coming yet still not shipped yet and forget calling this sites store number or there in store credit card neither one was helpful but, the India credit card barely English speaking guy did keep asking me to supply my bank routing number hmm and hear i was told no pay no interest for twelve months beware of this tactic everyone sounds like that proverbial saying no Indian giving? p.s my four stars were hopefully for the actual bumper getting here it does after all look four stars or am i seeing stars from all there emails and run a rounds via the phone?
